I rarely leave reviews but Brittany Winter’s is an exceptional agent. It took us 10 months to find a mountain home. We were outbid several times and yet Brittany preserved. She showed us over 20 homes sometimes virtually. She worked for us, standing up for us and making recommendations. She traveled to show us homes in several areas. She is from FairPlay and we found this to be essential. She knew the area -good and the bad. Above all, she is knowledgeable and a calming personality in a stressful time. I highly recommend her.
